How Renting With Prestige Works
Renting with us is simple: a valid driver's license, insurance, a quick agreement, and you are on the road. We serve all of Imperial County, answer the phone around the clock, and can often get you a vehicle the same day. Everything else comes down to a few common questions, and we have answered the ones drivers ask us most.

What do I need to rent a car?

How do I reserve a vehicle?
The fastest way is to call us, any time, day or night. You can also send a request with your dates and delivery city, and we will take it from there.
How quickly can I get a car?
Often the same day. We answer the phone 24/7, so if a vehicle is available and you call early enough, we can usually have you on the road within hours.
Do you offer delivery service?
Yes, delivery and pickup are available anywhere in Imperial County. Just tell us where you want the car, and we will bring it to you and collect it when you are done. (Additional fees may apply)
What areas do you serve?
All of Imperial County: Imperial, El Centro, Brawley, Calexico, Holtville, Heber, Seeley, Calipatria, and Westmorland. Anywhere in the county, just call and we will deliver.
Insurance, Payment & Policies
Is insurance required, and how does it work?
Yes, insurance is required. We arrange it for you through our partner, American Business Insurance, so you are fully covered before you ever drive.
How do payment and the deposit work?
At the start of your rental, you pay for your rental period plus a deposit. The deposit comes back after you return the car in good condition.
What happens when I return the vehicle?
We receive the car and look it over with you, just like during pick up. Return it on time and in good shape, and you are all set.
Can I extend my rental if I need the car longer?
In most cases, yes. Just let us know before your return time and, if the car is available, we will extend your rental.
